Sponsorship for overseas applicants
Ramsay Health Care is an approved sponsor of business visas with the Department of Immigration and Border Protection. Under Immigration requirements, temporary visa sponsorship can only be offered if no suitable Australian citizens or permanent residents can be found to fill available positions. As our graduate programs are in high demand, we are unable to offer visa sponsorship to graduates.
Applications are welcome from international applicants who have independent visa options with full work rights in Australia.
Overseas Nurses and Australian Registration as a nurse
We find that overseas qualified nurses accepted to the Gradplus program often miss the start of the program due to delays in obtaining their registration.
Therefore, we advise all overseas applicants to apply for Australian registration as soon as possible following the completion of their course as the registration process often takes a long time.
