Ramsay Health Care is now inviting expressions of interest from people interested in applying for work at the new private hospital being built at Kawana on the Sunshine Coast.  This new Private Hospital will be collocated on the campus of the proposed Sunshine Coast University Hospital.

Construction will commence in late 2011 with opening scheduled for December 2013. The Private Hospital will have the capacity to treat up to 200 patients and will offer a wide range of medical and surgical services, including orthopaedics, urology, ENT, general surgery, oncology, day chemotherapy and cardiology.

The hospital will have six state-of-the-art operating theatres , a procedural suite and day surgery centre.
